DescriptionSealant and lubricant for cold and hot-water valves in plumbing and heating sector, in vehicle heating or coolingcircuits, ground seals on glass taps and desiccators. For lubricating O-Rings and rubber seals during assembly andoperation, as well as plastic parts of all kinds.Applications Lubrication of stop cocks and valve seals. Cold and hot water valves in plumbing and heating For valves in hot and cold water lines. Lubrication and protection of O – Rings, rubber sealsand plastic components.Main fields of application Standard packing and sealing Lubricant for all kinds ofValves. Lubrication of O Rings, Seals and Gaskets duringassembly and operation. Lubrication of Seals of Pneumatic Actuators, HydraulicCylinders, Gearboxes, Drive shafts and Mechanicalassemblies with Plastics and Rubber combinations. Lubrication of the Seals of White goods, BeveragesFilling and Dispensing Machinery. Lubrication of the seals of Water Taps and SanitaryFittings etc.Advantages and benefits Non-toxic, neutral to plastics, rubbers, and O-rings. The consistency does not change much over awide range of temperatures. Resistant to hot/cold water as well as to acetone,glycerine, ethylene glycol, ethanol and methanol.Application TipsFor best results, clean lubricant points and surfaces carefully, e.g. with OKS 2600 or OKS 2601. Apply grease evenly thin to thelubricant point (e.g. with a brush or spatula etc.). Remove excess lubricant. Observe the instructions of the machinemanufacturer. Re-lubrication intervals and amount to be defined according to the service conditions. Only mix with appropriatelubricants. Bearings filled with silicon grease must not have higher loads than 1/3rd of the bearing´s permitted load. Siliconebased plastics, e.g. silicone rubber, can be dissolved by silicone grease. Silicone grease must not be applied to sliding surfacesunder influence of pure oxygen. For further questions please contact our Technical department.
