Our fully synthetic long-term fluid gear grease Klübersynth GE 46-1200 based on a polyglycol base oil and a lithium soap thickener was especially developed to meet the tough requirements of advanced small gears.
The combination of base oil and additives offers optimised wear protection under mixed friction and good pressure absorption capacity in the lubrication of gears. Klübersynth GE 46-1200 also offers excellent corrosion protection and good compatibility with sealing elastomers. Klübersynth VR 69-252 N is a tailor-made, highly adhesive, light-colored lubricating grease based on fatty oil, calcium soap and PTFE. With a carefully selected combination of active substances, this lubricant offers very good performance and high functionality combined with a long service life. Klübersynth VR 69-252 N clearly surpasses the load alternation requirement of 200,000 cycles at a closing force of 2.5 Nm and is therefore in full compliance with the European standard DIN EN 200. Klübersynth VR 69-252 N meets the new drinking water and plastics guideline (KTW) of the German Umweltbundesamt (Federal Environmental Agency) and conforms to the current French positive list for drinking water applications ACS.

ISOFLEX TOPAS NB 52 and ISOFLEX TOPAS NB 152 are rolling and plain bearing greases based on a synthetic hydrocarbon oil and a barium complex soap. The special barium-soap thickener used in the ISOFLEX TOPAS NB 52 and 152 greases offers good load-carrying capacity as well as resistance to water and ambient media unlike other soap-based thickeners. Both products show good protection against corrosion as well as oxidation and ageing stability. The Klüber barium complex soap is ELINCS-registered and approved by GASG (Global Automotive Stakeholders Group).
ISOFLEX TOPAS NB 152 can be used in a wide service temperature range from -40 °C to 150 °C. ISOFLEX TOPAS NB 52 is suitable for temperatures between -50 °C to 120 °C and short peak temperatures up to 150 °C depending on the application, e.g. enclosed gears, car seat adjustment mechanisms.
