Description
Ball valves Pn16 with female threaded ends UNI ISO228 and loose nut with built-in check valve. Avalilable with “T” handles made in aluminium painted. Supplied without plain gasket.
Suitable for domestic and commercial plumbing, industrial and agricultural applications, heating and sanitary systems, pneumatic systems, oils, generally with every non aggressive fluid.
Technical Features
Caratteristiche Tecniche-
The valves can be installed in any position (orizontal, vertical, ...) provided that shall be placed in visible and accessible position and the open/close operations shall be easily and completely done. Otherwise stated to close the valve the handle shall be turned clockwise, counterclockwise to open it. Otherwise stated by specific marks on the valve body (arrows,...) there is no valve flow direction. The system shall be designed and realised in order to avoid any stress that could damage the valve and could compromise the sealing and the correct working of the valve. All installation operations shall be done using properly tooling. The tightenings shall be such as to garantee the sealing but without make any demage to the valve or fittings. Once the installation have been completed is necessary to verify the sealings according to technical specifications and/or what required by the country of installation. The valve should not be kept in intermediate position for a long period of time in order to avoid any demages of the valve sealings. If the valve have not been used for a long period of time it may be diffucult to operate therefore it will be necessary to use a “long lever”. To kept the valve and sealings in good conditions it is suggested to place a filter upstream in order to stop impurity. Diaphragm Pressure Reducing Valve RBM Make Series 2581 - Rinox Plus Smart M
Adjustable pressure reducing valve, diaphragm operated, with calibration knob.
The RBM RinoxPlus M pressure reducers are membrane pressure reducers with inspectionable and easily interchangeable internal cartridge, complete with removable filter. The cartridge is a compensated seat: upstream pressure variations do not affect the adjustment of the downstream pressure. In addition, the RinoxPlusSmart M reducer is equipped with a graduated knob to carry out the calibration, without the use of a pressure gauge and tools.
The main purpose of the RinoxPlus M and RinoxPlusSmart M pressure reducers is to reduce the fluid pressure to optimal
values, constantly below the maximum allowed in order to avoid damaging the utilities placed downstream of the reducer.
RinoxPlus M and RinoxPlusSmart M pressure reducers are intended to be used in the plumbing, heating and sanitary
systems with upstream pressure not higher than 16 bar.
The pressure reducer is pre-set in the factory with an output pressure adjustment: P = 3 bar (300 kPa).
The correct number of pressure reducers necessary for the pressure reduction is important to avoid cavitation.
These phenomena, in fact, create an excessive noise in the reducer, with consequent problems for the utilities and possible damage of the reducer itself. For this reason, please refer to the dedicated section inside the technical data sheet for the optimal choice of the number of reducers in relation to the pressure variation to be obtained.

Ball Type Check Valves (NRV) B-01 was the first of the valve at Normex with unique design and technology for the first time in India. A very simple and robust design with no mechanism involved. The heart of valve is rubber coated ball. The mechanism hinge-pin-disc used in conventional check valves is eliminated and Normex has put in this rubber coated ball to arrest flow media in return condition. As the pump starts, the ball moves out totally from the flow path when the pumping is on giving a full bore maximum flow/discharge with minimum head losses. (Fig. A). As the pump stops, the ball rolls back and seats perfectly on the rounded valves seat ensuring totally leak proof sealing.(Fig. B) Salient Features:
